At least one federal judge is frustrated with the SEC

The case between Ripple And the SEC isn't the only one hanging over the industry, as the commission has seen a resurgence of late.
Just recently, the US Securities and Exchange Commission filed lawsuits against the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges - Coinbase and Binance.
Paul Grewal, Coinbase's chief legal officer, commented on a Third Circuit ruling saying it will retain jurisdiction over the company's challenge over the SEC's inaction on its crypto ground rules petition.
We are grateful that the Court will continue to shine a bright light on an SEC litigation that has so far operated in complete obscurity.
I think the most positive thing I can say is the fact that Coinbase managed to get relief at all. This is likely an indication that at least some of our frustration with the SEC is shared by at least one more federal judge, and perhaps many more federal judges.
