Stellar XLM: Push to $0.74 – Bullish Signs for Investors!
On May 2, 2025, the price of Stellar (XLM) is showing stable trading within a channel pattern. This pattern, which has been in place since late November, is defined by connecting multiple highs and lows with two trendlines. A breakout from this channel could signal positive market behavior. XLM is currently trading at around USD 0.343, while analysts see a price of up to USD 0.74 as a potential target.
Data from DefiLlama shows that XLM’s Total Value Locked (TVL) has increased to an impressive $62 million. This is a clear indication of the growing interest and activity in the Stellar ecosystem. For comparison: The TVL was $53.57 million on February 9th and has therefore increased significantly.
Technical analysis and market development
XLM technical analysis shows that the price found support near the 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $0.284. A decisive break and close above the channel area at around $0.416 could result in a rise of up to 77% to the $0.740 target. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) on the daily chart is currently at 45 and recently crossed an oversold level of 30. For a sustained bullish move, the RSI must remain above the neutral level of 50.
Additionally, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) on the daily chart shows a bullish crossover. Here, the MACD line is above the signal line, indicating buying pressure from buyers. The rising green histogram bars above the neutral line confirm the bullish momentum development.
In summary, Stellar (XLM) is not only benefiting from increasing activity in the DeFi sector, but is also technically well positioned for potential upside. Analysts and investors should keep an eye on developments as a breakout of the channel pattern could have far-reaching consequences for price.
