The Financial Times narrative podcast about business and finance is back, with a new host, Michela Tindera. Starting today, May 25th, every week we'll dive into a story about economics, money and power.

In our first episode we talk crypto and ask ourselves: Is a “vibe shift” underway? The price of Bitcoin has been falling for weeks and earlier this month a popular stablecoin collapsed. FT reporter Ethan Wu explains how the impact spilled over into other areas of the crypto universe. Michela and Ethan will discuss what stablecoins are and why they are important - even for people who are not crypto investors.

Our next episode, out on June 1st, will delve deeper into the murky world of cryptography. With the help of FT reporters, we will examine the background of two of Crypto's most important figures: Tether's Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer.
