FTX investors remain uncertain as the fate of assets stored on the bankrupt platform hangs in the balance.
For a short break, European customers can now withdraw credit. FTX EU – the European division of the crypto exchange – has launched a new website that allows its users to make withdrawal requests for their funds from the platform.

"Please be informed that our new domain, www.ftxeurope.eu, has been approved by our regulator CySEC, as you have well identified. The website will only be used for all customers of FTX EU LTD to be able to claim their FIAT balances. No services or products are offered through this website."
- FTX EU ist ein relativ neues Unternehmen, das im März 2022 gegründet wurde, fast sieben Monate bevor die von SBF geführte FTX Group und ihre 130 verbundenen Unternehmen (einschließlich FTX EU) offiziell Insolvenz anmeldeten.
- Die Plattform wurde beauftragt, Unternehmensprodukte europäischen Kunden über eine lizenzierte Wertpapierfirma im gesamten europäischen Wirtschaftsraum anzubieten. Sie hatte ihren Sitz in der Schweiz.
- Die zypriotischen Wachhunde befahlen der Division, den Betrieb am 9. November, zwei Tage vor dem schicksalhaften Ereignis, einzustellen.
